FAF sends teams of volunteer doctors, nurses, pharmacists, dentists, optometrists, and other health professionals to medically under-served communities in Africa.
FAF missions provide holistic care that include medical, vision, and dental care. We focus on chronic diseases and conditions that often go undetected and untreated among those who cannot afford the cost of healthcare: Hypertension, Diabetes, Malaria, Breast and Colon Cancer, Heart Disease, Stroke Prevention, among other conditions.
We also provide preventive education through culturally sensitive instruction to help sustain good health in the communities

Trip Cost & Arrangements:
Volunteers will be required to purchase their own flight tickets and travel visas. We will help you with the logistics to make sure you have all the proper documentation, shots, and other travel and field requirements. The foundation is responsible for your accommodation, transportation, feeding, and other logistics while in Nigeria.
We can help you to fundraise for the cost of your flight ticket by providing you with a letter that you can send to friends, family and other supporters. We can also assist you with online fundraising where people can easily donate to your trip.
